The Request
Create an authentic learning experience where learners plan and present an oral presentation, attuning to the social needs of their audience.
The Result
An educational simulation that immerses learners in the role of city employee. The experience culminates with learners presenting at a fictional City Council budget meeting.
My Role
My main roles were project manager/scrum master and instructional designer. I oversaw a diverse team of content writers and developers. I worked directly with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure the experience was authentic, learner-focused, and outcome-driven.
