The Request

Assess the user experience. Identify opportunities to improve the user experience with content additions or redesign.

The Result

A comprehensive report answering five key evaluation questions with specific, actionable recommendations based on user interviews and surveys. This report clearly summarized our research process and recommended next steps.

My Role

Based on evaluation theory and research, I created the survey assessment tool, conducted interviews, and coded data to identify themes that guided our recommendations. I was also responsible for the report's organizational and visual design.
